New to closeouts

So I am trying to get a closeout business started. I've been doing retail for the past 15 years and with the slowing economy and price conscious shoppers I started selling off-priced merchandise. This was working very well for me, but retail in general is still very tough right now. After some thought I decided to try with my own closeout company. I have a very nice selection of closeout clothing, but now to find the means to sell it. I checked into Liquidation.com, but their fees are outrageous! I'm getting good traffic to my website, but I feel it's hard to break into things. I know it's important to establish a good reputation, but how? Any suggestions on getting a good toe hold would be great!
